OVERALL, i need to know what CHANNEL or CORP plays AMARR AND CALDARI FW only, that would give ME a chance to earn some decent LP while playing with them.
Im a decent, maybe above average player with a K-D ratio of...hmm... Well i don't know but im sure it must be over 2 XD

All at proto Level. Specialize in Rail Rifles and SCR Rifles. I use Scanners and Nanohives.

They are like any other players, i remember myself trying to catch breath with others around me first time in FW long time ago :p
The reall question is, why good players dont take them under wing and show them, how FW working ;p

I used to do that. REASON I STOPPED taking noobies under my wing? training them? Giving them ISK and advise? Not only im as poor as a 40+ mill SP player can be and didn't even get a THANK you for giving out all my isk to newbies....but 99% of them are not going to be playing dust in a month.
Its not about ISK give aways or training them on daily basis (what is good, but sometime doesnt work).
Its about sent them message to "stay with me", "take needle", "go in squad", "downgrade graphics" etc.
I went seventh times from scratch to finaly found my specialization on dust battlefields (yeah im that crazy), but everytime when i saw someone who is in need i help him.
Every lost newbie in in FW is lost FW (even if you win).
It is make just bad impression from best mode in dust, its make just bad blood and elitism.
And this things are basicaly nonsence, we playing the game and profi players should teach it.
